The Provost, Professor John Dewar, works with the Faculties and Academic Board to undertake academic policy development, to oversee quality assurance processes, and to improve teaching and learning.
In addition to the active pursuit of the highest quality in learning and teaching, the University seeks to create and maintain distinctive learning environments which foster academic excellence and encourage students to engage in meaningful ways with their learning communities.
