Director, Student Management Services - Lachlan Cameron
Lachlan Cameron has a portfolio which is responsible for the delivery of functions including enrolment, student fees, government compliance, scholarships, timetabling and venue management, examinations and graduations as well as student systems.
General Manager, SMS Enrolments - Gloris Willoughby
Gloris holds responsibility for the areas of Student Management Services that deal with and directly effect student enrolment at the University. This includes enrolment, re-enrolment, fees, Course and Subject Handbook production, compliance monitoring, timetabling and venue management.
General Manager, SMS Assessments and Scholarships - Heather Thomas
As General Manager, SMS Assessments and Scholarships, Heather Thomas is responsible for examinations, graduations, academic records and the management of special consideration processes, in addition to the management of undergraduate and graduate coursework scholarships, and graduate research scholarships.

General Manager, SMS Systems - Rosalie Livingstone
Rosalie's portfolio includes management of all centralised student systems including training, support and documentation, maintenance and development, Quality of Teaching surveys, and compliance reporting.
