Program description
MSSM Mk II reaffirms the standing principles of the first iteration of the Melbourne Student Services Model that students are provided with convenient, consistent, seamless and equitable services, and accurate, accessible and timely delivery.
The MSSM Mk II program objectives approved at the Planning and Budget Conference in August 2010 include establishing service standards and targets for all service areas responsible for student service delivery, developing an improved framework for student advising; consistent policies and processes that will ensure delivery of consistent service outcomes; a revised funding model for student services delivered in Precinct Student Centres and a structure and Governance framework that will support Service Delivery.
